Sabre Plastics Tooling Ltd offers a complete plastic manufacturing solution: design, tooling and production. Whether you need a new component developed from a sketch, an existing mould tool put into production, or a turnkey supply of finished moulded parts, one enquiry to Sabre covers the whole process.
Complete Plastic Manufacturing
Because we design and build the injection mould tool ourselves, we control the two things that decide the quality of a moulded part: the tool and the process. Our toolmakers stay involved through sampling, first-off approval and production, so any adjustments to the tool are made quickly and without a hand-off between suppliers.
- Product and mould tool design, including design-for-manufacture and material advice
- Prototype and low-volume tooling for fast product development
- Production injection mould tools, single and multi-impression, hot and cold runner
- Tool trials, sampling and first-off inspection
- Production injection moulding of technical and precision components
- Secondary operations including ultrasonic welding, assembly and laser marking
- Ongoing tool maintenance, repair and modification
Injection Moulding Services
We supply technical injection moulded components in engineering thermoplastics including ABS, polycarbonate, nylon, POM (acetal), polypropylene, polyethylene, PEEK and glass-filled grades, from short prototype runs through to ongoing production schedules. Moulded parts can be ultrasonically welded, assembled and marked at Sabre to deliver a finished product ready for your line.
Already Have a Mould Tool?
Existing tooling can be transferred to Sabre, inspected, serviced or modified in our toolroom and put back into production. See our mould tool service and repair page for details of breakdown repairs, refurbishment and vapour blasting restoration.
