From Concept to Finished Part

Bespoke plastic parts start with a conversation. Send us a drawing, CAD file, sample or sketch together with the quantities you have in mind and our design team will review it for manufacturability, recommend a suitable material and quote for tooling and production.

We then design and manufacture the injection mould tool in our Letchworth toolroom, sample and approve first-off parts with you, and move into production. Ultrasonic welding, assembly and laser marking can all be completed at Sabre so you receive a finished product.
