We offer a full 3D tool design and manufacturing facility, manufacturing low cost prototype to multi impression fully hardened hot runner injection mould tools, Press and Punch tools, Jigs and Fixtures
Ultrasonic Welding
We design and manufacture high quality ultrasonic welding tooling, horns, jigs and fixtures at all frequencies and for all leading makes of ultrasonic plastic welding equipment. We can also manufacture spin welding, vibration welding and hotplate welding tooling to suit your project.
Ultrasonic Cutting
We offer advanced ultrasonic cutting machines from RINCO, setting a new benchmark for processing textiles, back-injected plastic parts, and films.
Ultrasonic Discharging
We offer state-of-the-art ultrasonic technology to enhance the flowability of bulk materials, effectively preventing common issues like bridging, ratholing, and segregation. Our solutions ensure continuous material flow, whether activated by a simple button press or an automated central control system
CNC Precision Machining

Design
We offer a full in-house tool design and mould design service, taking your existing CAD data, or we will convert your ideas into computer 3D solid models, from this information using State of the Art CAD CAM software.
